Professional Mentoring Foundation is entry level in the Certified Professional Mentoring Program which will qualify you to join the Certification Practitioner program. We will cover the following 

 

  • Mentoring Definition, Communication 

  • Benefits of mentoring, values, attitude & Alignment

  • Learning styles and models, mentoring skills, mentoring conversation & confidentiality 

  • Goal setting, EMCC Core competencies, designing relationship

  • Mentoring models, active listening, art of questioning, feedback

 

Who should Attend?

  • Leader, Seniors who has mentoring responsibility in their organization

  • Professionals wanting to acquire professional mentoring skills
