EMCC Definition of Supervision

 

  Supervision is the interaction that occurs when a coach / mentors brings their coaching / mentoring work experiences to a supervisor in order to be supported and to engage in reflective dialogue and collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach / mentors, clients and their organizations. 

Benefits of being supervised

  • Discovering your own pattern of behaviors

  The coach mentor  supervision program contain monthly group and individual meetings, live & zoom to support the      participants in refining their coaching / mentoring skills.
