Professional Mentoring Practitioner is your next level in the Certified Professional Mentoring Program which will qualify you to complete your accreditation as EIA Mentor Practitioner C We will cover the following 

 

• Powerful language, giving and receiving feedback 

• Contracting, planning and Goal Setting, Designing Actions, Managing Progress & Accountability

• Ethics, professional standard, mentoring models & techniques 

• Co-creating the relationship, empathy, trust & emotions

• Contacting clients, practice, Program graduation and EIA credentialing

 

Certification

 

    Upon completion of foundation and practitioner programs, participant shall       receive a Certificate of Attendance and eligible for Practioner accreditation         level EIA from EMCC
