Raja Yousif Al-Laho has over 20 years of experience in the provision of consultancy, training, and coaching; and has specialized in the people development and performance. She has worked on several projects and programs for companies in public and private institutions
Being a proficient Professional Certified Coach PCC and trainer, she has intensive experience in providing coaching and training services for managers and executives. Combining the international knowledge with the local culture sense, she successfully managed to lead and direct executives towards their targets and aspirations and taking them from where they are to where they want to be.
رجا يوسف اللهو لديها أكثر من 20 عاما من الخبرة في تقديم الاستشارات الادارية والارشاد والتدريب. وتخصصت في تطوير الاشخاص وادائهم. عملت في عدة مشاريع وبرامج في المؤسسات العامة والخاصة والشركات العالمية. رجاء مدرب معتمد ومرشد مرخص، لديها خبرة مكثفة في توفير التدريب والارشاد للمديرين والمسؤولين التنفيذيين. تجمع بين المعرفة العالمية مع الثقافة المحلية التي تمكنها بنجاح لارشاد المديرين التنفيذيين مباشرة نحو أهدافهم وتطلعاتهم ونقلهم من حيث هم إلى حيث يريدون في المستقبل القريب والبعيد.

Sami Has over 34 years experience in the petroleum refining industry. Worked in different positions in the Operations field starting from field work and ending with the operations manager position. Sami holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Dayton and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kuwait Maastricht Business School.
Sami moved from refinery operations to establish the Training and Career development Department in one of the major companies in the Kuwaiti oil sector. Within the three years he was managing the department, he was able to elevate training, quality and quantity to new heights.
Sami specializes in strategic planning and strategy implementation. He is known for critical thinking, and business analysis (technical and administrative) to identify hidden opportunities. Risk management and root cause analysis are one of the many skills made Sami an expert in his field.
سامي لديه أكثر من 34 عاما من الخبرة في صناعة تكرير النفط. عمل في مناصب مختلفة في مجال عمليات التكرير بدءا من العمل الميداني وانتهي في منصب مدير العمليات. سامي حاصل على شهادة الهندسة الكيميائية من جامعة دايتون والماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) من جامعة كويت-ماسترخت لإدارة الأعمال.
انتقل سامي من عمليات تكرير البترول لإنشاء قسم التدريب والتطوير الوظيفي في واحدة من كبري الشركات في قطاع النفط الكويتي. في غضون السنوات الثلاث التي انشأ وقاد فيه الدائرة تمكن من رفع نوعية وكمية التدريب والتطوير الوظيفي إلى آفاق جديدة.
يتميز المهندس سامي بالتخطيط الاستيراتيج وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتجية بالاظافة الي شهرتة بالتحليل الفني والاداري لأي عمل لايجاد فرص التطوير ورفع الحواجز من امام القدات الشخصية للعاملين في الموؤسسات.

Dr. Vikki has been in private practice as an executive leadership coach and mentor for other coaches since 1995, following a twenty-one year corporate career. She defines coaching as ‘raising awareness, so people are at conscious choice” and is committed to transformation at a global level. One third of her clients are international leaders committed to making a difference in their country.
Her impressive credentials include an Executive MBA, a Ph.D in Coaching and Human Development, ICF Master Coach Certification since 1998, and being a genuinely caring, creative human being. Throughout her university teaching, writing, international speaking, and leadership in the International Coach Federation, Vikki has always emphasized collaboration and inclusion.
Examples of Vikki’s creativity include Active Legacy®, a coaching program she developed to help people recognize their behavior is their legacy, and she co-developed 9E Leadership™ program, an inside out approach to improving authentic presence. She “walks her talk” and enjoys coaching and consulting from her fifty-foot TriStar sailboat in Ventura, California
تعمل د. فيكي كمرشدة متخصصة للقادة التنفيذيين ومدربة معتمدة لتخريج مرشدين آخرين منذ عام 1995، بعد عملها في الشركات العالمية لمدة واحد وعشرين سنة. تعرف د.فيكي التوجية بانه 'زيادة الوعي الناس لاتخاذ القرار في اختيار واع. ثلث زبائن د. فيكم هم من القادة الدوليين الذين يهدفون لإحداث فرق في بلادهم.
تتضمن حصيلتها التعليمية على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال متخصصة بالادارة التنفيذية، والدكتوراه في التدريب والتنمية البشرية، ،شهادة "كبيرة مرشدين" منذ عام 1998، اضافة لكونها انسانة خلاقة ذات اهتمام حقيقي بالاخرين. طوال حياتها الجامعية وفترات الكتابة والتاليف كانت د. فيكي تصر علي التعاون والعمل الجماعي والاندماج.
أمثلة على ابداع د.فيكي تشمل برنامج "الارشاد النشط"، الذي قامت بتاليفة وتطويره لمساعدة الاخرين على التعرف علي سلوكهم . شاركت في وضع برنامج القيادة 9E™، وهو برنامج لتحسين سلوك الاشخاص من الداخل الى الخارج. تطبق د. فيكت ما تعلم تعلم به الاخرين بتطبيقه بنفسها فقد قامت بتغير جزء من حياتها بالانتقال للمعيشة في يختها الشراعي البالغ طولة خمسين قدم تريستار في فينتورا، كاليفورنيا
